Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for installing and operating an impeller-structured system for rotor-rotor-type dispersion and emulsification apparatus. The impeller-structured system is provided with impellers in multi-stages, each impeller comprising a first rotor and a second rotor, wherein the first and second rotors rotate in opposite directions from each other due to respective driving motors, and as each material to be mixed passes through the multistage impeller unit in a one-pass fashion, passing successively in a single pass, the overall work time for dispersion and emulsification processes is significantly reduced, and as each material being mixed is minutely sheared, the uniformity of the particles is enhanced.
