Abstract:
A method for integrated manufacturing of a photoelectric assembly on the basis of ink-jet printing technology. According to the method for integrated manufacturing of a photoelectric assembly on the basis of ink-jet printing technology, after a patterned conductive substrate is prepared, the conductive substrate is cleaned, and then a wet film of a functional layer is prepared on the conductive substrate in an ink jet printing manner and the wet film is annealed to obtain a functional layer structure of a photoelectric assembly, such that the applicability and efficiency of the photoelectric assembly integrally prepared by means of ink jet printing can be improved. In addition, in the process of ink-jet printing, set ink-jet printing parameters and a prepared solution ink are used for printing, such that the process of preparing a photoelectric assembly has the characteristics of high precision, patternability, high efficiency, and a low cost.
