Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of internet network clearance security certification and IC card certification hardware, it is utilizing an IC card containing an identity checking secret code ICCID and an international checking number GLN, and putting the IC card into an IC card reader, then the IC card reader is compatible with computer USB interface or PS2 slot or hardware with wireless communication, infrared ray transmission, as certification hardware; because IC card and IC card reader are generally collocated to computer periphery hardware, it’s usage is widely, and the certification hardware which is collocated with IC card and IC card reader can be used as storage medium, then the data will not be stored in single fixed disk of computer, which make it have privacy, security and maneuverability of data access.
