Abstract:
A method for introducing a second liquid into wells, which comprises a process for introducing the second liquid onto one surface of a fluid device that comprises a substrate and a plurality of wells that open to one surface of the substrate, while internally containing a first liquid that contains a surfactant, said fluid device having a first sealing liquid superposed on the one surface so that the openings of the plurality of wells are sealed by the first sealing liquid, wherein the first sealing liquid is consequently replaced by the second liquid, so that the second liquid is introduced into the wells.
