Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for isolating and culturing target cells using a biocompatible polymeric nanofiber scaffold to which a target-specific ligand binds. According to the invention, the use of the biocompatible polymeric nanofiber scaffold to which the target-specific ligand binds enables the target cells to be isolated rapidly and simply, as well as specifically and efficiently. Thus, the present invention can be effectively used in the development of a method for isolating a specific desired cell from a sample in which a variety of cells are mixed, and in a cell-isolating device.
