Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of biology, and relates to a method for isolating saccharides in pre-hydrolysates of hardwood pulping. The method comprises: using manganese peroxidase to treat a pre-hydrolysate of hardwood pulping, adopting an adsorption material such as activated carbon to treat the pre-hydrolysate, and separating to give a purified pre-hydrolysate. The method of the present invention effectively reduces the saccharide loss in the pre-hydrolysates, improves the lignin isolating rate in the hydrolysate, achieves saccharide isolation in the pre-hydrolysis, and thus facilitates efficient separation of saccharides and utilization of valuable saccharides.
