Abstract:
A method for judging the comprehensive performance of a twin-screw rotor profile, and a method for optimizing the design of a twin-screw rotor profile, which belong to the field of compressor design and manufacturing. By means of the methods, the relationship between a contact line length, a leakage triangle and an area utilization coefficient of a compressor rotor profile is determined by means of establishing an expression of a comprehensive performance index of the performance of the compressor rotor profile, such that when the compressor rotor profile is designed, the advantages and disadvantages of the performance of the designed compressor rotor profile can be judged by means of the methods, thereby providing a reference index for optimizing the design of the rotor profile, improving the design efficiency of the compressor rotor profile, and providing a high-performance rotor profile for producing a high-performance compressor.
