Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and a kit for easily detecting biomarkers using a FRET effect between a capture strand attached to a capture antibody and a detection strand attached to a detection antibody, where false positive signals have been removed. The present invention provides a kit for antigen detection, with removed false positive signals, the kit comprising: a substrate; a capture antibody that can be attached to the substrate and equipped with a fluorophore-labeled capture strand; a detection antibody that is complementary to all or part of the base sequence of the capture strand and equipped with a fluorophore-labeled detection strand; and a buffer, wherein the buffer has an ion concentration that is less than the concentration at which the capture strand and detection strand can perform complementary binding.
