Abstract:
Provided are a method for detecting a bacterium of the genus Novosphingobium, said method comprising a first step for amplifying a nucleotide with the use of primers capable of amplifying a base sequence consisting of 94-136, inclusive, consecutive bases in the base sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 using a test DNA as a template to thereby give an amplification product; and a second step for detecting the amplification product, etc.
