Abstract:
A method and a kit for detecting PD-L1 expression level. The method comprises: obtaining a body fluid sample from a mammal, wherein the body fluid sample contains target RNA and reference RNA, and the target RNA is derived from PD-L1 gene; extracting the target RNA and reference RNA from the body fluid sample; respectively performing reverse transcription on the target RNA and reference RNA to obtain target cDNA and reference cDNA; performing a PCR amplification reaction on the target cDNA and the reference cDNA; and determining the PD-L1 expression level in the mammal according to the number of the target cDNA and the number of the reference cDNA after amplification. The detection method can detect the PD-L1 expression level by collecting body fluid samples from a mammal, and perform PD-L1 immunotherapy prediction, so as to guide PD-L1 immunotherapy.
