Title:
METHOD AND KIT FOR MEASURING IMMUNITY IN WHOLE BLOOD SAMPLE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/133452
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a method that allows a reaction that adversely affects measurement results to be suppressed, the method being an improvement on a known method for measuring a target, the method comprising: providing a first reaction liquid, a second reaction liquid, and a sample solution containing a target; using a measurement device having a dispensing means and sequentially suctioning the sample solution and the first reaction liquid into the dispensing means; subsequently discharging both the sample solution and the first reaction liquid from the dispensing means to thereby bring the sample solution and the first reaction liquid into contact with the second reaction liquid and to form a composite of the target and a first partner that reacts specifically with the target and has been contained in the first reaction liquid and/or the second reaction liquid; and analyzing the resulting composite. In the improved method, the specific gravity of the sample solution and the specific gravity of the first reaction liquid are different, and the sample solution and the first reaction liquid are suctioned into the dispensing means in a stratified state.
