Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a unit cell, the method comprising the steps of: respectively preparing an electrode and a separator, wherein the separator includes a porous polymer substrate and a porous coating layer that is formed on at least one surface of the porous polymer substrate from a mixture of inorganic particles and a binder polymer; applying a lamination solvent to the surface of the separator that is joined to the electrode; and laminating the electrode and the separator before the lamination solvent dries. The present invention can thereby solve the problem of the separator shrinking that can occur in conventional lamination processes.
