Abstract:
A method for leaching low-grade lead-zinc oxide ores by means of electrooxidation comprises the following steps: A, pulping: carrying out crushing and ball milling on the low-grade lead-zinc oxide ores, and adding water to mix the ores to make a pulp; B, leaching: after the pulp is fed into an electrolytic bath, adding alkali liquor and an activating agent to the electrolytic bath to form a solid-liquid mixture, and carrying out leaching at a normal temperature under a normal pressure, so as to obtain leached liquor and spongy lead; C, carrying separation and extraction on the leached liquor to obtain zinc powder, carrying out regeneration treatment on filter liquor, and then returning the filter liquor to the electrolytic bath to be recycled; D recycling the sponge lead; and E, treating waste water and waste residues. The electrolytic bath comprises a cathode region (3), an anode region (4), a stirrer (5), a cathode plate (8) and an anode plate (7).
