Abstract:
Provided is a method for the light-induced decarboxylation coupling of an active carboxylic acid ester under non-metal catalysis, the method comprising the steps of reacting an active carboxylic acid ester compound represented by formula (1), in the presence of an iodide salt, a phosphine ligand, a solvent, and an optional additive, under light irradiation to decarboxylate same, and introducing an azacyclic ring or producing a β-aminoketone, wherein R is: a C1-C30 alkyl group without any functional group, a C1-C30 alkyl group with a functional group, a C6-C30 aryl or heteroaryl group, or a C6-C30 aralkyl group, wherein the functional group is at least one selected from a halogen, an ester group, an ether group, an acyl group, a carbonyl group, a sulfonyl group, a mercapto group, and an amino group, at least one hydrogen atom in the C6-C30 aryl or heteroaryl group and the C6-C30 aralkyl group is optionally substituted with a hydroxyl group, a halogen, a mercapto group, an amido group, a carbonyl group, an ester group, or an ether group, and the heteroatom in the C6-C30 heteroaryl group is at least one selected from nitrogen, oxygen, and sulfur.
