Abstract:
A method for liquid culture of an Agaricus bitorquis(Quel.)Sacc. production mycelium, comprising: using an Agaricus bitorquis(Quel.)Sacc. slant strain and highland barley as raw materials to be mixed with deionized water as well as glucose, agar powder, peptone, magnesium sulfate and calcium chloride serving as analytical reagents to prepare a culture medium; and then carrying out the following process: activating a seed slant, preparing primary liquid seeds, preparing secondary seeds, and performing fermentation culture. By designing the method for liquid culture of an Agaricus bitorquis(Quel.)Sacc. production mycelium consisting of the steps of seed slant activation, primary liquid seed preparation, secondary seed preparation and fermentation culture, the Agaricus bitorquis(Quel.)Sacc. production mycelium can be obtained only within a month.
