Abstract:
A method for loading data in a browser and the browser, the method comprising: detecting loading of a new tab of a current browser (S102); sending a server side of the browser a data request message comprising a login identification information ID of a current browser user (S104); receiving at least one browser collected data item corresponding to the login ID of the user and returned from the server side of the browser (S106), wherein each browser collected data item is webpage-related data collected when the user logs in another browser with the user login ID; and loading and displaying the at least one received browser collected data item in the new tab of the current browser (S108). With this method, the user can restore the previous pages of the browser without repeated query, click and other such operations in the current browser, so that time is greatly saved, the operation efficiency of the user is raised, and user experience is improved.
