Abstract:
Provided is a method for localizing and modifying a target amino acid group on a macromolecular compound. The described localization and modification method contains a method for filtering a target amino acid group, which uses a molecule reductive amination reaction to decide a target amino acid group, on the exposed surface of a macromolecular compound, having good solvent accessibility. The described localization and modification method also contains a method for localization and reductive amination of a macromolecular compound, using a modified group having a greater molecular weight and the aforementioned target amino acid group to perform another reductive amination reaction so as to form a modified macromolecular compound having a homogenous load and a localization and modification site.
