Abstract:
A hanging pole (2) is inserted inside a coiled wire rod (1) so that the coiled wire rod hangs on the hanging pole. With the hanging rod inserted, the coiled wire rod is placed on a valley-like surface (13) that runs in a direction that intersects the axis of the hanging pole diagonally in planar view. Then, the valley-like surface and the coiled wire rod are separated to return to the state in which the coiled wire rod is handing on the hanging pole.
