Abstract:
Disclosed is a method of manufacturing sheets for use in infusion bags wherein tags (2) that are bonded to threads (3) are disposed at prescribed intervals along the longitudinal direction of a water filtration sheet. A consecutive pattern of the threads (3) is formed by the revolutions of a threader (37) upon a circumferential surface of a rotating support body (10) whereupon a thread guard pin (11) protrudes. Driving the threader (37) in a horizontal direction with a crank mechanism for horizontal driving (32) and in a vertical direction with a crank mechanism for vertical driving (31) forms a convolute pattern of the threads (3), wherein the thread members intersect with one another within the width of the tags (2), and adjacent temporary bonding regions (seal portions s4) whereupon the tags (2) and the water filtration sheet are temporarily bonded to one another sandwich the convolute pattern of the threads (3) between. The convolute pattern of the threads (3) is thereby prevented from being inadvertently misapplied outside the water filtration sheet.
