Abstract:
Provided is a method for machining a permanent magnetic direct-current brushless motor, the method comprising the following steps: machining a semicircular acceleration notch (3) having a magnetic flux control function at the middle position of a groove tooth between two adjacent stator grooves (5); forming semicircular isolation between the two adjacent stator grooves by means of the acceleration notch having a magnetic flux control function; and forming a local eddy magnetic field in the acceleration notch having a magnetic flux control function. By means of the machining method, the magnetic flux and rotation speed can be precisely controlled, and the control difficulty is lowered. Moreover, the accuracy of Hall signal acquisition is improved, the reliability of Hall signals is guaranteed, and the motor consistency is improved.
