Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method for making Thomson elements over the inner surface of a wall or window of a building or mobile vehicle. [Solution] For an air conditioner utilizing heat obtained by radiation or emission occurring in a wall or window of a building or mobile vehicle, provided is a method for making Thomson elements consisting of a three-dimensional structure which is obtained by discharging and scattering from a nozzle fine droplets, by use of an inkjet method, onto the inner surface of a wall or window of a construct and further by solidifying the droplets thereon. In that three-dimensional structure, metallic ultrafine particles, which are used as transparent metal, and ultrafine particles, which are used as n-type semiconductor and composed of tin oxide or indium oxide, are ejected, stacked, deposited in a pattern and three-dimensionally arranged. [Advantageous Effect] As described above, the method for making Thomson elements according to the present invention can be implemented in a short time and further dramatically reduce the manufacturing cost and hence has an extremely high industrial value.
