Abstract:
A method for making a corrugated medium using brownstock pulp of straw, comprising: (I) beating brownstock pulp of straw, the freeness being controlled within 28-32 °SR, the wet weight being 3.2-3.8 g; (II) beating waste paper pulp, the freeness being controlled with 28-32 °SR, the wet weight being 2.5-2.8 g; and (III) mixing the brownstock pulp and the waste paper pulp according to a weight ratio of 7:3, and conveying the mixture to a papermaking machine so as to make a corrugate medium. The method achieves effective usage of straw resources.
