THE METHOD AND MANNER OF A DEVICE - RUBBERISED COIR MATS BY RUBBERISED METALLIC LINK PROCESS
TECHNICAL FIELD
RUBBERISED METALLIC LINK PROCESS - "RML Process"
This invention relates to an innovative, method and manner of a procedure for combining natural rubber mat and wire brush mat by inserting a metallic rod in the rubber mat by the "rubberized metallic link" process. Recycled Rubber is moulded on a semi-finished wire brush mat to form the design. The vulcanized rubber will hold the metallic frame in the required position, thereby producing a rigid combination of rubber and', wire brash mat. The heavy weight wrought iron shaped rubber mat reduces tracked-in-dirt at the door and let snow, water and dirt drop down through the holes. The brush mat provides maximum brashing action for further cleaning.
BACKGROUND ART
The innovation is a departure from the various moulded mats available in the market Wire Brush mats of various designs, permutations and combinations, combination of Rubber and Coir, Rubber and PVC tufted mats are available
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION.
The present innovation is a method and manner of combining Wire Brush Mats and Rubber Mats. Recycled Rubber is moulded on a semi-finished wire brush mat to the form the design.
Step - 1
The metallic frame made from mild steel 6mm diameter is prepared in the size 37 x 58 cm by arc wielding.
Step - 2.
Non-corrosive metal primer and aluminium, paint are coated on the frame.
Step - 3
2mm Galvanised wire is used to make the spring for wire brush mat in the specialized machines for this purpose.
Step - 4
The GI wire spring is cut into required sizes and assembled at the center portion of the metallic frame.
Step - 5
Coir brashes are manufactured using 1.6mm Galvanised wire. Coconut Bristle Fibre and manual brush twisting machine .
Step - 6
The semi-finished coir brushes known as Tawashi Brushes are cut in the Trimming machines to get 28mm diameter. Each brush is trimmed down to 46 cm length.
Step - 7
Coir brushes are assembled in the spring mat produced as per Step -4
Step - 8
The semi- finished product as per Step - 7, is accurately placed in the pre- heated mould and pressed with the rubber compound though rubber pressing machines. The vulcanized rubber will hold the metallic frame in the required portion and proportion, thereby a rigid combination of rubber and wire brush mat is obtained.
Step - P
The moulded wrought iron shaped rubber portion is cleaned manually by removing unnecessary rubber flash to get the combination mat
