Abstract:
A method for making a single-bottom single-face three-dimensional image, comprising: step 1: suctioning and discharging a single sheet of material by means of a material separator; step 2: conveying the sheet to a coloring unit by means of a suction belt, and impressing a UV glue on the sheet; step 3: adhering, by means of a hot-stamping unit, an electrochemical aluminum foil to the UV glue on the sheet and separating, after curing the UV glue using a UV lamp, excess electrochemical aluminum foil from the sheet; step 4: using the coloring unit to impress, by means of UV printing ink, a 3D image and text on the sheet obtained in step 3, and curing the UV printing ink using the UV lamp; step 5: using an anilox roll unit to apply a UV gloss oil onto at least part of the sheet or the electrochemical aluminum foil; step 6: curing the UV gloss oil using a drying unit; and step 7: printing, by means of a rotary screen printing unit, a stereoscopic gloss oil or a raised-character gloss oil on the electrochemical aluminum foil. The method combines a printing side and a processing side on a same side, achieving an artistic 3D effect.
