Disclosed is a method for managing how to charge secondary batteries of work vehicles, the method involving: a step of acquiring the remaining battery levels of secondary batteries each supplying power to a plurality of work vehicles; a step of calculating an estimate of the power that each work vehicle is estimated to consume from the present moment until a predetermined time therefrom; a step of calculating index values for determining the order of priority according to which the batteries of the work vehicles are to be changed, the index value being calculated from the difference between the remaining battery level of each secondary battery and the power consumption estimate; and a step of outputting a return command to the work vehicle that should return, based on the index values and the amount of charge that can be provided to the secondary batteries.
