Abstract:
A method for managing reception information and a back-end device. The method in the embodiments of the present application may comprise the following steps: receiving visitor information sent by a front-end device; on the basis of the visitor information, determining an identity code of the visitor, and predicting a movement path of the visitor; according to the identity code and the movement path, generating control information; and, according to the control information, sending preset reception information to a multimedia device in a target area. The method in the embodiments of the present application can implement prediction of movement paths of visitors, and play reception information on the predicted movement paths, thus helping to improve the visiting experience of visitors, and also helping to reduce the workload of reception personnel.
