Abstract:
A method of managing a robot and a robot. The method comprises: a robot detecting a current working time, and determining whether the current working time matches a predetermined working time; if the current working time does not match the predetermined working time, identifying label information of an item to be acquired; the robot determining whether a category of the item to be acquired identified by the label information is a category of acquiring items corresponding to the working time according to a corresponding relationship between the working time and the category of acquiring items; if the category of the item to be acquired identified by the label information is the category of acquiring items corresponding to the working time, the robot acquiring the item; and if the category of the item to be acquired identified by the label information is not the category of acquiring items corresponding to the working time, transmitting alert information to a pre-bound communication terminal. The present invention can improve the security performance of a robot.
