Provided are a method for managing a vehicle-mounted hardware device, and an information processing system, a vehicle-mounted terminal and a storage medium. A vehicle has a plurality of hardware devices and is in a communication connection with a remote server, the remote server stores a cloud dynamic library pool that comprises a plurality of dynamic libraries respectively corresponding to the plurality of hardware devices, and the vehicle is adapted to downloading a required dynamic library from the cloud dynamic library pool. The method comprises: acquiring hardware device configuration information of a plurality of hardware devices; according to the hardware device configuration information, downloading a plurality of dynamic libraries from a cloud dynamic library pool to a vehicle; acquiring a first application scenario of the vehicle, and according to configuration information of a first set of hardware devices corresponding to the first application scenario, loading, from the plurality of downloaded dynamic libraries, a first set of dynamic libraries corresponding to a first set of required hardware devices; and separately managing the first set of required hardware devices by means of the first set of loaded dynamic libraries.
