Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a method for manufacturing a 6000 series aluminum alloy anodic oxide film having a superhydrophilic surface; and a 6000 series aluminum alloy, on which an anodic oxide film having a superhydrophilic surface is formed, manufactured thereby. The present invention adjusts anodizing voltage and time and pore widening time so as to implement, in a pillar-on-pore form, an anodic aluminum oxide layer to be formed on the surface of an aluminum alloy, and thus has an economical effect of enabling the manufacture, within a short time and at low cost, an aluminum alloy in which the structure of an anodic oxide film having a three-dimensional shape is controlled, wherein the aluminum alloy manufactured by the method has excellent superhydrophilicity, and thus can be used in various industrial fields.
