Abstract:
A method for manufacturing an actuator (100) is provided with a first step (S101) for preparing a substrate member (510) in which one constituent member (512) constituting an actuator is formed so as to protrude upward, a second step (S105) for integrating a plurality of other constituent members (161, 162) constituting the actuator into a single body, and a third step (S106) for fitting the integrated plurality of other constituent members into the substrate member, the one constituent member being used in the third step as a positioning guide during fitting of the integrated plurality of other constituent members into the substrate member.
