Abstract:
A method for manufacturing an aluminum alloy building material with an imitation-wood-grain surface. Imitation wood grains are manufactured and produced on the surface of an aluminum alloy material by using a physical processing method. The manufacturing method comprises manufacturing a stamping blank by using an aluminum alloy material, forming wood grains by stamping, and a flattening process. Also provided is an aluminum alloy building material, comprising, in percentage by weight, the following components: 0.30-0.60% of iron, 0.01-0.03% of silicon, 0.10-0.30% of magnesium, with the balance being aluminum and inevitable impurities; the total content of the impurities is less than 0.3%. The method can produce imitation wood grains at random each time on the surface of the aluminum alloy building material, and has low costs and low pollution.
