Abstract:

Provided is a method for manufacturing annular members having an excellent yield and high production efficiency. To this end, in one (a sequence of) forging, a joint (4), wherein four cylindrical parts having different inside diameter dimensions are connected in the direction of the diameter, is fabricated. A cylindrical member (5A1) with the largest inside diameter dimension and a cylindrical member (5B1) with the third largest inside diameter dimension are treated as annular members (6A1, 6B1) as forged, and a cylindrical member (5B2) with the smallest inside diameter dimension and a cylindrical member (5A2) with the second largest inside diameter dimension are formed into annular members (6A2, 6B2) by rolling forming of each. Two sets of annular members (6A, 6B) are obtained as two sets of an inner ring and an outer ring.
