Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing an anti-corrosion aerosol container, wherein quality deterioration due to the occurrence of wrinkles, the occurrence of cracks, or the like has been prevented without deforming an inner bag at the time of inserting the inner bag.
Specifically disclosed is a method for manufacturing an anti-corrosion aerosol container which comprises a metal container (1) provided with a drum section, and a neck section and/or shoulder sections, the diameter of which are reduced more than that of the drum section, and an inner bag (2) inserted into the inside thereof, and in which the degree of adhesion between the inner bag (2) and the metal container (1) is high, and there is no propellant between the metal container (1) and the inner bag (2), wherein the inner bag (2) made of synthetic resin is inserted into a bottomed cylindrical container (1z) composed of the drum section and a bottom section by an insertion rod which automatically advances and retreats toward the container, or by air which is automatically blown into the container, a necking process is then applied to the opening of the container (1z) by a drawing metal mold (4), and the opening of the container (1z) is drawn in accordance with the outer diameter of the opening of the inner bag (2) so as to form the neck section or the shoulder sections.
