Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing an anti-glare cover plate. The method comprises the steps of: S1, preparing a crosslinking precursor solution comprising a crosslinkable polymer monomer organic matter and a crosslinking initiator; S2, coating the surface of a cover plate with the crosslinking precursor solution to form a crosslinking precursor layer; S3, successively carrying out pre-crosslinking processing and crosslinking processing on the crosslinking precursor layer to form a meshed crosslinking layer on the cover plate; S4, taking the meshed crosslinking layer as a mask to etch the cover plate with an acid solution to form an anti-glare micro-structure on the surface of the cover plate; and S5, removing the mask on the surface of the anti-glare micro-structure to obtain an anti-glare cover plate. By manufacturing the meshed crosslinking layer on the cover plate, the characteristics of the randomness and the small size of the meshed crosslinking layer are utilized, and the anti-glare cover plate obtained in this way has a small anti-glare micro-structure, thereby exhibiting the excellent performances of minor flickering and a good anti-glare effect, and overcoming the disadvantages of a traditional wet-etching process being unable to achieve a small anti-glare micro-structure and a photomask process requiring high preparation costs.
