Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an antibacterial mobile phone case by using a TPU antibacterial masterbatch, wherein the method may comprise the steps of: (a) dispersing a pigment and an additive in a thermoplastic polyurethane and then extruding same to manufacture a color masterbatch; (b) dispersing an antimicrobial agent and an additive in a thermoplastic polyurethane and then extruding same to manufacture an antimicrobial masterbatch; (c) dispersing and mixing the color masterbatch manufactured in step (a) in the thermoplastic polyurethane; (d) dispersing and mixing the antibacterial masterbatch manufactured in step (b) in the thermoplastic polyurethane; and (e) dispersing the material mixed in step (c) and the material mixed in step (d) and injection-molding same.
