Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an antireflective film, whereby formation of a moth eye structure, antifouling treatment of a surface of the antireflective film, and release treatment of a mold can be performed by a series of manufacturing steps, and the service life of the mold can be lengthened. This manufacturing method has a step for laminating a transfer resin on a substrate, a step for applying a releasing/antifouling material on the transfer resin surface, a step for applying the releasing/antifouling material to a mold surface, and a step for transferring a nanostructure pattern of the mold to the transfer resin by pressing the mold against the transfer resin after the releasing/antifouling material has been applied to the transfer resin surface and to the mold surface, the nanostructure pattern having a plurality of recessed parts in which the width between bottom points of adjacent recessed parts is equal to or less than the wavelength of visible light.
