Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an asymmetric hollow fiber membrane for separating fluorinated gases, comprising the steps of: i) mixing a fluorine-containing polyimide resin, a solvent, and a poor solvent so as to obtain a dope solution; ii) supplying the dope solution to a spinning nozzle and discharging the same; iii) making the discharged dope solution come into contact with a coagulating liquid so as to form asymmetric hollow fibers; and iv) winding, washing and drying the hollow fibers formed in step iii) so as to manufacture an asymmetric hollow fiber membrane. The asymmetric hollow fiber membrane for separating fluorinated gases, manufactured according to the present invention, simultaneously has improved nitrogen permeability and nitrogen selectivity against fluorinated gases, and has excellent mechanical properties, and thus can be applied to a process for concentrating or collecting the fluorinated gases from a mixture of fluorinated gases and nitrogen.
