Abstract:
A method of manufacturing backrest, cushion and armrests of sofas with arched springs
(1), comprises the following steps: setting the arched springs (1) in parallel,
mounting two ends of the springs on the bottoms (2) of the sofa backrest, sofa cushion
or the sofa armrest, connecting a quadrangular wire frame (5) with the springs
in parallel into a whole structure, in the middle portion connecting straight
wires (8), springs (1) and the quadrangular wire frame (5) into a whole structure,
covering the arched springs (1) with an inner underlayer, and covering the inner
underlayer with a slipcover finally (13). The arched spring is a strip formed
by continuously bending the wire according to S-shape. The middle portion of
the arched spring (1) is a ridgy arc top. The two ends of the arched spring (1) are
bent downwards to form V-shape and Z-shape surface respectively.
