Abstract:
According to the present invention, a bearing holder is molded by injecting a melted resin, from a plurality of resin injection gates provided at the peripheral edge of a substantially annular cavity formed in a molding die, into the cavity. At least one column portion is provided with a resin accumulating portion in which the melted resin can be accumulated. The cross-sectional area of a connection portion of the resin accumulating portion connected to the column portion is equal to or smaller than 1/4 of the cross-sectional area of the resin injection gate.
