Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a brazed honeycomb panel, comprising the following steps: stretching a composite aluminum foil, which is formed by pre-gumming, stacking, and binding and has a brazing filler metal layer, as a honeycombed aluminum honeycomb core; press-fixing the aluminum honeycomb core between two blank panels that have brazing filler metal layers by using a clamping device to form a layered structure; and performing brazing treatment on the layered structure fixed by clamping at a nitrogen atmosphere to obtain a honeycomb panel. In the present application, the glued aluminum foil is stretched as honeycombed by means of a stretching method, and then brazing is directly performed with an aluminum panel after glue cracking treatment, such that complete metallurgical bonding is achieved between honeycomb core materials as well as between core materials and aluminum panels, and high efficiency and low energy consumption are achieved.
