Abstract:
The method for manufacturing cathode of an organic/high molecular light emitting diode,
which is to coat a conductive paste that mixing high work function metal particles
with high molecular adhesive agent on the light emitting layer by spinning, screen-printing,
inkjet-printing, etc. The traditional vacuum evaporative plating cathode
can be replaced by this method. It can realize to manufacture the high molecular
light emitting display screen by whole printing. Therefore the process has been
simplified and the cost is low.
