Title:
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CHEMICAL AND METHOD FOR CULTURING MICROORGANISM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/159764
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a method for manufacturing a chemical by culturing a microorganism using a fermentation raw material comprising cane molasses as a main component, collecting a filtered liquid comprising the chemical in which the microorganism has been separated by filtrating a culture solution using a separation membrane, further keeping or refluxing an unfiltered liquid comprising the microorganism in the culture solution, and adding the fermentation raw material to the culture solution and performing continuous fermentation, wherein a microorganism containing a particle having an average particle diameter of 100 nm or more in the centrifuge supernatant of the culture solution is cultured.
