Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a circular knitting fusible interlining by using a thermally fixed outer edge forming process, and a fusible interlining manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing a circular knitting fusible interlining by using a thermally fixed outer edge forming process comprises the steps of: (a) flatly spreading a circular knitting unprocessed fabric that has been knitted with a solution dyed yarn and cut; (b) applying hot air to each of both edges, having been cut and rolled, of the circular knitting unprocessed fabric, and performing thermal fixing thereon; (c) putting, into a heating cylinder, the circular knitting unprocessed fabric having the thermally fixed edges so as to produce a processed fabric having bulkiness due to thermal contraction; and (d) applying an adhesive to the processed fabric so as to produce a fusible interlining.
