Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing clock dials using cloisonné, comprising: (a) the step of engraving an upper surface of a base metal by an etching or pressing method; (b) the step of patterning one surface of the base metal by a wire technique and coating cloisonné enamel on one or both surfaces of the already patterned base metal; (c) the first heat treatment step; (d)the step of polishing the flat surface; (e) the second heat treatment step; and (f) the finishing step. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing index-integrated dials for wristwatches which satisfy conditions for flatness by applying the manufacturing method using cloisonné to dials for wristwatches.
