Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a clumping bamboo integrated extrudate, comprising the following steps: S1, immersing into water bamboo strips that are debarked and removed of Shiraia bambusicola for high-temperature cooking, where the water contains in mass percent 5% to 10% of hydrogen peroxide and 0.5% to 1% of sodium hydroxide, the temperature is 100 °C to 120 °C, and the duration is no less than 4 hours; S2, placing the wet bamboo strips in a carbonizing furnace for carbonization, where the carbonization temperature is 130 °C to 150 °C, the duration for carbonization is 4 to 6 hours, and the pressure during carbonization is 3 to 4 MPa; S3, drying for the first time, immersing in an adhesive, and drying for the second time after immersion in the adhesive; S4, high-pressure molding, where the pressure for high-pressure molding is no less than 1.2 ton/square centimeter; and, S5, thermosetting while the pressure condition is maintained, where the duration for thermosetting is 10 hours or more, and the temperature for thermosetting is 80 to 150 °C. The manufacturing method allows for manufacturing of a clumping bamboo integrated extrudate that meets a requirement for a structured extrudate.
