Abstract:
The present invention relates to a geopolymer foam and a manufacturing method therefor, wherein the geopolymer foam is light and has low thermal conductivity through the addition of silica fume to a mixture solution of an alkali activator and sodium hydroxide while using coal bottom ash and fly ash as raw materials for the geopolymer foam. The geopolymer foam of the present invention can be utilized in the improvement of adiabatic performance and safety of buildings employing eco-friendly cement.
