Abstract:
Disclosed is an improved method for manufacturing a coated steel sheet for a refrigerator. The method for manufacturing a coated steel sheet for a refrigerator comprises: firstly performing laser processing on the injection surface of a mold; secondly performing bead blasting processing on the laser-processed injection surface of the mold; forming, on a PET film, a UV resin layer having an uneven shape carved by the mold to correspond to one surface of the mold; and bonding a film including the UV resin layer and the PET film to a steel sheet, wherein the injection surface of the mold, on which the bead blasting processing has been performed, has a roughness of 1.08-2.52 µm.
