Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing coffee beans, wherein the original sweet taste contained in the pulp of coffee berries can be added to green coffee beans and coffee beans can be stored for a long period of time by acidification prevention through the release of carbonic acid gas from the green coffee beans. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing coffee beans, wherein the original flavor and aroma of coffee beans can be preserved for a long period of time, and the bitterness of coffee and harmful elements to the human body, such as causing insomnia or gastrointestinal disorders due to excessive intake, can be neutralized.
