Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to achieve a complex of dentine collagen obtained from the human tooth, and a growth factor which has a function of inducing bone growth, thereby improving the regeneration speed of alveolar bone, and the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a complex for bone grafting, said method comprising: a step wherein tooth is pulverized to generate tooth powder, and the tooth powder is washed and degreased; a step of demineralising the degreased tooth powder so as to obtain dentine collagen; a step of manufacturing growth factor which comprises a component inducing bone growth; and a step of mixing the resulting dentine collagen and growth factor so as to synthesize a complex.
