Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a complicated linear segment. A linear conformal template (2) matched with the cross-section shape of a fracture (11) of a segment (1) is provided, the linear conformal template (2) is mounted in a position, close to the fracture (11), on an inner surface and/or outer surface of the segment (1) after the segment (1) is manufactured and before being hoisted. After mounting, the linear conformal template is hoisted to a general vessel assembly position together with the segment (1). With the addition of the linear conformal template (2) at the fracture (11) of the segment (1) before hoisting, the strength of the segment (1) can be increased, effectively preventing the deformation of the segment due to hoisting, ensuring the manufacturing precision of the segment and providing a guarantee for subsequent general vessel assembly work. The method for manufacturing the complicated linear segment has the advantages of simple operations, a high manufacturing precision of the segment, small deformation, less subsequent calibration work, etc.
